Eyad was trained as an agricultural engineer. He lived in Libya and worked as a factory manager, making dairy products and juices. The Civil War there forced him to flee with his family. He returned to Jordan and discovered a unique need in the marketplace that someone with his skill set could fill with a little business training, some capital, and a lot of hard work.
