The 1915 Society is our generous community of key supporters named for the year NEF was founded.
NEF was established in 1915 in urgent response to the Armenian genocide. During a historic relief effort in the following years that pioneered modern day philanthropy, NEF saved the lives of over 1,000,000 Armenian, Assyrian, and Greek refugees and cared for more than 132,000 orphans.
Today, the generosity of The 1915 Society continues this legacy and fuels our mission to foster a more resilient, inclusive and prosperous future for people impacted by crisis and conflict.
